It pains me to put 2 stars as most of the drivers are incredibly lovely and so helpful that they go above and beyond to help anyone. However, there is one driver who is brash, rude, loud, hostile and incredibly bad mannered. He has absolutely no customer service skills, he shouts and swears at other drivers and even passengers and is a very bad tempered person. I personally have been witness to at least 15 incidents with this driver so I am at a loss as to why someone who quite clearly is not capable of working with the public is still allowed to do so. Without this one driver bringing your company down, this rating would be 5 stars.

Very friendly company
Great customer service at the depot, everyone was friendly and very helpful. Staff showed me around the bus we were going to hire with no fuss and answered all my questions. Professional company with professional staff.
I have found on the two occasions that I have used the bus service to/from Auchterarder to/from the train station that the drivers are extremely rude and unhelpful, I will never use the service again and will get a taxi
