Dobbies have a good selection of spring plants - also lillies, dahlias and begonias if you are thinking ahead. Feeding the birds appears popular at the moment and this is well catered for. There is also a very good selection of reasonably priced pots of all sizes. However it is worth saying they have a good range of stock and it is well worth a visit at the moment as it is so quiet.

Decent sized garden centre with sections on food as well as having a Works & Edinburgh Woolen Mill inside the store. Prices are a little high on a lot of items so think carefully before you buy. Nice cafe on site.

Great place and really does have everything you need, from cooking to books and of course innumerable amounts of plants.
