Very happy with my experience at DMS - staff were very helpful, they let me take some samples away and even suggested some fitters that I could call to complete the work. They answered all of my questions and I've come away with all of the information I need to make a well informed purchase.

El Pollo

Excellent service, and fairly priced

I’ve rarely encountered worse customer service than from the woman on the trade counter. Uninformed, short, apathetic and totally uninterested in my query. Suggest she is transferred to behind the scenes - appalling impression of your company. Im only leaving one star because you can’t leave zero.

I spoke to a woman here today to try and order some Karndean flooring . She was grumpy, abrupt and unhelpful, everything was too much trouble , hence the 1 star rating . I took my business elsewhere . I notice I’m not the only one who has experienced the poor customer service !
