Recently used for consultation, design and planning application of an annexe garage conversion. Initially I thought DK plans were efficient and competitively priced. However, acting as my agent they filed the wrong planning application, causing a 7 week delay. DK plans did reduce the fee by 100 as a result of this error. Once the correct application was sent, it was swiftly rejected. Overall I felt let down with communications, breech of several design deadlines (set by DK plans) and lack of advice regarding design phase and planning permission regs etc. I have since decided to use a new architect moving forward who I have found to be knowledgeable and very forthcoming with advice. I have tried to be fair and objective in this review. Unfortunately I wouldn't use DK plans again.
