Small and friendly family run shop. Doesn't have everything, but you wouldn't expect it to. They have small quantities of larger items, so they may sell out, and not have replacement stock. Possibly an idea to ring up and ask in advance

Beats going to B&Q or Screwfix. Not walking round a massive store to find what you need or having to search through a website. Definitely the quickest and the cheapest way to get what you need, probably because the cost of what you purchase doesn’t include wages for managers and area managers, security, accounts and all the other staff and overheads that the big companies have. Within a couple of minutes I have found what I need, if not by myself then with the assistance of the owner who is always very happy to help. They actually sell individual spanners something that not many places do these days. Don’t think that because it’s a small store that their selection of products is small. It’s also good to know I’m supporting a local independent instead of a massive company like B&Q/Screwfix
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...Had all that i needed for my small DIY project and very good prices, much cheaper that B&Q, staff was very polite and professional. The shop has all the DIY essentials you would need..
