Attended a tour of the distillery today hosted by Lorenzo Marolo. He did a great job thoroughly explaining the entire distilling process in English including an actual demonstration of the changing of the pumice in the boiler. He took his time with us and answered any questions. It was a great experience to learn about, taste and purchase the Marolo family grappa.

Grappe eccezionali. Il prezzo è forse un po' elevato, ma si tratta di un prodotto davvero unico. Se di passaggio, visitate la distlleria!
