I have recently used this store to replace a smashed I phone screen. Garth was extremely professional and efficient offering excellent customer service.I would highly recommend his services having previously used him for shoe repair and key cutting

Garth at the Diss branch is a great guy; really very helpful - the best customer service I've received for long time.
Had 4 keys cut and 2 watch batteries replaced- Garth was super quick and very helpful- they keys work perfectly and I can now tell the time again!
Garth was so knowledgeable and you can tell he is passionate about his work. So very impressed by him. I had previously taken the eco watch to the jewelers and they said 210 to fix! Took it to garth and he fixed it within the hour and at a fraction of the cost. Thankyou
