I would just like to say what a wonderful service I received from Rosedale Funeral Home in Diss for my Fathers funeral last week. My special thanks go to Christian Fairbrother for organising it all. I found him kind, compassionate, understanding and very efficient. I was kept informed at every step of the way regarding all the arrangements. On the day Christian and all the staff were dignified, respectful and kind. On what was a very difficult time Rosedale Funeral Home made it all much easier to cope with for myself and my family. Christian Fairbrother is a credit to this Company as he is very professional, supportive, passionate about his job, and made it easier for my family and I to cope with our loss of my husband. Allen. I would like to thank Christian, Kerry and all staff concerned for the professional, kind and caring manner whilst looking after my dad Allen after he passed away and for their ongoing kindness and care given to my Mum during this very difficult time. From the moment we called to enquire, through to the cremation service and several days after, they were available at all times to reassure us that they would deal with everything and support us as a family without question. They made the sad passing of my Dad more bearable. I would recommend Rosedale's in Diss for anyone who feel they cannot deal with such a sad event especially Christian and his team who will support you at all times and provide a personal touch. Additional thank you to Dave the driver for his kindness whilst travelling to and from the Crematorium. Thank you for everything Rosedale's.
We can not praise Richard and his team enough. Totally professional, compassionate and kind at all times. They made a difficult time so much easier to get through and were so supportive. We were able to relax as Richard guided us through everything on the day of the funeral in his calm reassuring Manner. It went so well that we are left with a sense of peace and good memories of the whole day.
Kind, considerate, understanding as you would expect.,. Add quality, timing, and relative economy, patience.and a really comforting slick performance, and a manager who stays with you throughout and you possibly have the perfect funeral directors.
