Great service and always helpful. Probably needs more in store stock e.g. tooling and hire reliable equipment but very good for building materials and civils.
Absolutely awful service and was recommended by another company! Ordered sharp sand and ballast, delivered 2 days later without any issues although when we came to check the sand there was a bag completely split. I phoned to ask for a replacement only for an extremely unhelpful person to answer the phone! I had to explain why I was phoning 4 times as he was clearly not listening to then be asked “what do you want done about it?” When I asked to speak to a manager as I was not happy with how the conversation was going I was told he was not in. My partner then phoned as he was not happy with how it was dealt with or how I was spoken to only to have the same man talk over him, confirm that they would replace the sand and then tell him not to ever order from them again and then decided to slam the phone down. Be aware do not order from this company, discount prices and discount people skills!
Very nice people to purchase from, delivery driver was brilliant, the way he controlled the whole delivery of my tonne bags of ballast and cements I'd ordered, great service from start to finish. 10 out of 10 guys. Keep up the great job you do.
Does what it says on the tin! Friendly staff and good prices
