a great response and discussion with derek read director on monday 14/12/2020 . very very helpfull and considerate in applying his knowledge and ordering procedure , helps much more than parry company itself even on parry equipement will deal with directequip immediatelly and direct from now on , thank you derek , your knowlede and help with parry codes are worth their weight in gold , i mean if you deal and sell parry parts and get more help and correct info from a parry dealer than you get from parry direct then why deal with parry direct ,?????

Derek has worked tirelessly over the last weeks to make sure that we got the best equipment at the best price for our start up restaurant in Shetland. Being so far away from the UK mainland left us with a number of logistic and sourcing problems, but they were not a problem for Derek, he was at the other end of the phone ANY time we needed to have a chat about what we wanted or about prices. He wrote and rewrote our lists countless times until we were 100% happy and then he masterminded all the logistics of getting a large order delivered in a very small window. There was great communication from Directequip. We can not recommend using Directequip highly enough.
