Was recommended to use Direct Windows and very happy with the end result. Had 6 windows and a new front door. The fitters were polite, tidy, friendly, helpful and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The standard of work was good, and the product is excellent. The front door looks particularly great – a massive transformation. All areas were tidied and any minor defects that happened during the extraction of the windows, were put right on the day. Would recommend Direct Windows if you are looking for windows/doors etc.

We had 10 windows and 2 doors fitted in an olive green colour, it has made our house look so classy and we absolutely love the colour. The finish is excellent as one of our concerns was the use of mastic silicone, but the installers asked us how we would like each window finishing before they started. Great experience. Would recommend.
Excellent Door - Stops the draught, and keep the cold out, and the warmth in. Great Quality, professionally fitted, reasonably priced. Very pleased. Have also had windows from this company in the past. Would recommend their services. Thanks.
The process from the start was easy and everything was explained clearly and without pressure. Once we had agreed on the work to be done, everything went smoothly and in accordance with our agreed dates. On the date of installation, the fitters were incredibly professional, helpful and replaced our windows with minimum of fuss and left the work areas clean and tidy when they were finished. The windows fitted were of the high quality that I had come to expect from the initial consultation. Before the fitters left, they explained fully the system in place should we find any errors and that our certificates would be posted to us in due course. I felt reassured that although I was more than happy with the service and product provided that I was given the peace of mind that if I did happen to find anything I could be confident in the fact that would corrected with the security knowing that Direct will be around for the lifetime of the guarantee for the fitted windows. I will be definitely Direct Window Co again in the future to replace the remaining windows and doors to my property.
New windows and doors look great!. Installation team did a neat job and explained everything clearly. Very noisy from 8am though, so definitely worth warning the neighbours beforehand. They did clear up as best they could, but as expected, still several hours of cleaning/vacuuming for me to do once they’d gone. Not too much damage to walls etc. around the windows. On the whole, very happy with the service received.
