I had exhausted all the avenues of claiming PPI. SO I THOUGHT. Filled in the letter of Authority and months after WHAM !!DIRECT REDRESS CAME BACK TO ME. With several accounts I did not know I had. THEY HAVE BEEN SOOOOO HELPFUL. UNDERSTANDING. I RECCOMEND THEM. their fees are a little high but well worth it. Its money I would have never found myself. A TRULY HEART FELT THANKS GUYS AND GIRLS.

So far Direct Redress have reclaimed OVER 60K in PPI for me! Admittedly they charge 24% (Inc VAT) and I could have done all the claiming myself.... But just one claim paid in June 2020 for PPI on an Egg credit card from 2003 was almost 36K!!! I really can't complain about the service they provide.
I was certain I didn't have PPI, but after Arnie telling me to look into it I gave Direct Redress a call. A really friendly operator took my details and a few weeks later I was amazed to find PPI on an old loan. Direct Redress walked me through the process and were always there if I had a question with advice and assistance. Now I have some extra money and also a number of unexpected holiday choices this Summer! I'd recommend giving them a try, even if you don't think you had PPI, you may be surprised!
I had no idea if I had PPI. I Often thought it was a waste of time. I Finally decided to get in touch with a claims management company to see if I was due anything. I had no issues when speaking to Direct Redress, every phone call or email was clear and straight to the point. Great service which ended up with me claiming back over 10,000 in mis sold PPI! Direct Redress did a great job in looking into my PPI claims. I wasn’t sure if I had been mis-sold PPI. They sent me the documentation authorising them to deal with it for me and I ended up with a nice amount reclaimed. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.
