I have been visiting Direct Optical for approx 12 years. I always find their service professional, courteous & thoughtful. They have an excellent range of products and they are great value for money. I have slowly persuaded more and more friends to move to them and they all agree. So much better than large corporate companies. And you get to see the same people so you always feel welcomed & that they understand what you require.
I came here as a child and now I have returned to Worthing I don't understand why I didn't commute down and carry on coming here. It's a family opticians with an laser focus on the customer - unbeatable service and unbeatable quality. Don't go anywhere else...
Have been going for close to 20 years now and to echo every other review on here, it's the perfect service - wouldn't go somewhere else even if the glasses were free!
