I’ve lived in Headingley for a long time but I have always bought stationary from Wilkos or Amazon. I always assumed that this shop would be really expensive or a specialist art shop. But it’s like an Aladins cave! And it’s cheaper then Amazon/ebay for all the things I bought. The guy was really friendly, and they have everything you could image and more for art stuff. I hate buying offline so I will defiantly be back.

Waste of money They don't have much collection of notebooks. Each one costs 2.99 pounds. Which is costlier compared to other shops like wilko (I got a bigger size notebooks for 1 pound).. They have only 2 kind of notebooks for college students.
Oops! My first entry below was about my lunch stop today. Dinsdales also 5*. Good advice on a wide range of quality art goods and opening hours to suit the man (or woman) with a limited time schedule. Convenient lunch stop. Good range of ales and snack size menu (or more). Pleasantly busy - good ambience. Prompt service. Tasty bite.
Lovely independent stationery store that's survived in some form since the late 1800's. Friendly owner. Good range.
I’ve called here on 2 occasions for fine art brushes spoke with I believe the owner who seems to be a really genuine & nice guy who directed & demonstrated the brushes I required we spoke of putting the world to rights but alas we didn’t succeed!
