I was humbled to be a member of the 3rd Infantry Division Honor Guard that participated in remembering the sacrifices of these brave soldiers on Memorial Day in the early 1990’s. May they never be forgotten.
The American Cemetery located in Epimal is impressive. The cemetery offers free parking for visitors. The friendly and helpful staff members do an amazing job by keeping this memorial neat. I would recommend to visit this place to commemorate the fallen.
My great uncle is buried here, lost his life in Operation North Wind. I hope to be able to visit someday to pay my respects, but i would just like to express my gratitude to our friends from France taking such good care of our American Cemetery. You do a beautiful job, Thank You So Much.
