Really nice people: after a half day cycling around beautiful Dinant I had a problem with my GPS when was time to deliver the bikes. The GPS was always showing that we were 10 min away from the shop but in fact we were further away. I called twice to warn them that we would be late and we end up arriving 30 min late. Even if the shop should have been already closed by then we were welcomed with comprehension and a smile. It was so genuine that after realising that we were still wondering on where to go next, we received 20 min of great spots accessible by car. Thank you for the great customer service.
