This botanical garden is free to the public. As a result, it's well visited my a nice mix of locals and visitors. It is full of both pedestrian and extraordinary plants that are well signed. There are also well manicured lawns, pergolas and nicely situated benches for resting on a sunny afternoon. My husband and I spend a half hour weaving through the rows of neatly planted specimens. It's a bit out of the way, but I'd definitely recommend visiting this green lung in Dijon.

Great place to be. Beautiful flower and vegetable garden. Quiet and peaceful place to seat and read a book or exercise or just seat and admire the scenery. Everyone will love to be there - alone, with friends, as a couple, with the kids.... there are play areas for the kids. Within the garden is a museum and a planetarium - both FREE to visit!!

Some plants were Nice. But a lot were very dry/dead. Could use some more water.

We were told to visit this park, hoping to see some nice flowers. But end of august it seems that the flowers are not as beautiful as they probably would be during spring. But nevertheless its a nice park to walk through and enjoy the quietness of a park in a city. Enough place to sit in the shadow during hot days in summer. Some gardeners would be nice to clean up the sides and some bins for people to throw their dirt. Now we have seen beer cans between the flowers. For us it's a one time visit as it was not that special to walk 2km from our hotel Grand Hotel la Cloche.

A beautifully maintained public park in Dijon just on the other side of the railway station. Great green space to stroll even in winter with all the deciduous trees had dropped all its leaves. There are several sculptures inside this place with benches. Not sure if there's a public lavatory here. Wheelchair friendly and absolutely suitable for all ages.

A botanical garden, arboretum, insect house and a natural history museum all-in-one. To top it all it's free. In my opinion every city should have a place like this. They have a Giant Sequioua, a bee hive, composting area, a kids place area, a water feature, fragrant plants and so many more.

Nice and quiet garden with lots of blooming flowers and insects and ducks. Great place to relax. There are two small free museums as well. Great for kids.
