Good food, like gooooood food. The mixtures on the sandwiches are picked perfectly on the Burnt End and the Reuben. The cream corn side has the right amount of spice. There was so much more to try and that was just on the lunch menu. I can't wait to come back to San Antonio and try the dinner menu and the craft beers from the bar.

Amazing food. Cool atmosphere. I was impressed with the flavors and the display of our dishes. The drink selection was limited but was good with 4 craft beers , some local. Customer service was friendly and polite.
This place was featured on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, that typically doesn't get me super excited because everything is over dramatized on the show, and this is no exception. The place is well decorated. We tried the Burned End Melt which was a little light on meat or a little heavy on the bread. The BBQ sauce was flavorful but the sandwich is definitely not worth the 10 price tag. It will leave you hungry. We also tried The Crazy Clicker. It had moist chicken but the coating is VERY heavy and be careful because it is cooked so much that it occasionally felt like we were either eating bone or going to chip a tooth. The last meal item we tried was the baked potato. Should have started and ended here. It was great! Heavy on the toppings and the potato was cooked perfectly. It was also more filling than either of the sandwiches. We also took a pound of macaroni and cheese and it was very creamy and tasty. Stay away from the BB (bread and butter) pickles unless you feel like paying 1.50 for a few unexciting pickle chips. The ones on the sandwiches will more than suffice. Descent restaurant but don't let their 15 minutes of fame rope you into spending 50 and leave feeling hungry and unimpressed.
The beer list here is always top notch, and the food is great. The famous sandwich from the “TV show” is worthy of being on a TV show, and the rest of the menu stands right there with it. The only complaint I have is that I wish the hot chicken was more spicy.
Make sure to double check the menu for first timers! Didn't notice the lunch vs dinner times. But can't wait to get some of that fried chicken another time!
