Digital West installed a VOIP phone system in our insurance agency in 2020. I must say, their service, expertise, and kindness has surpassed what I had expected. The proposal from Nick was easy to read and understand. Installation was professional and on time. Post install service has been terrific. I highly recommend this company.

Very poor follow through by Cameron. I called at 9:30am excited to get a quote for new internet service. I was told my information would be given to the Sales department and someone would follow up. I called again at 2:30pm and spoke with Cameron who stated he submitted my inquiry at 11:30am and he would escalate the inquiry. I missed a call at 4pm and called back and spoke to Cameron again who couldn't give me the quote and preceeded to hang up on me. I have no idea how the reviews are so high. Will let Lennar about my experience so they don't recommend this company or Cameron to any new home buyers.
