Having attended one of Digital Media Edge's workshops several months ago following an invitation through social media I was surprised by the quality of the content. Having boasted about not only their knowledge and experience but also their previous record of providing high quality content marketing campaigns for clients I was shocked to experience a workshop which delivered little more than the average 21'st century marketing blog post. Not only did the workshop delivered by Richard and Rachel offer no substantial content but it over ran the allocated time dramatically forcing me to not only waste the time I'd set aside for this workshop but even more still! While I would understand if Digital Media Edge was simply acting as a free education source for students and the like, following the workshop I learned that they're trying to sell marketing packages at several thousand pounds PER MONTH. It's not to say a decent marketing agency isn't worth that but having researched further into this one they are certainly NOT WORTH IT. If you're looking for a basic and self promotion filled into to marketing then by all means attend one of their sessions (hence the two stars), but if you're genuinely looking for new insights or paid help in your marketing efforts then stay clear.
