Air conditioning was not functional, although blowers were put in place, the cinema was still warm. Such information should'v been relayed to customers.

GEMSTONE This is a great movie and dining experience. I bought my tickets online and it was scanned at the cashier and we got receipts which you use at the door of the theater. The cashier seemed a little annoyed about doing her job. It was off-putting especially to newcomers like me. There are several theaters: topaz, emerald, amethyst etc. However, the food and drinks service was excellent. Kudos to those staff members who are constantly up and down the aisles serving your needs. The theater itself was very large. The seats were amazing. I just loved the recliner seats with tables and cup holders. We were there for ttrw 2019. This experience is a must.
Friendly staff. Clean environment. Sufficient sanitization stations for covid-19 conscious folks.
The screen/sound is great but...the food prices are too high I personally think .
