Hi, say be careful with this company that rather than company is a \mafia\ for the following reason: - I am from Spain and made a trip to Amsterdam. I stayed at the hotel \HOTEL HERMITAGE AMSTERDAM\. Upon arrival at the hotel I left my bags and things in the room. The next day we left well soon and left the sign so that the cleaning service did not come in, so far so good. Then when I enter the room I see that the cleaning service had entered the room and not only is that but by surprise they had stolen 260 and I had checked all the suitcase and backpack they were carrying. I went down to reception and told everything that had happened and contacted the owner of the company called \SASHO MANDAZHIEV\. The woman at the reception told me that the owner was coming the next day to talk to me and when he came he told me that he was responsible and apologized for what happened and gave me the money. After a month I see how this owner of the company has not given me the money and does not respond to my calls or messages. I don't fight for my money anymore, I leave this opinion so you know what kind of company it is and the employees so unprofessional they have. DECEPTIONING that these incidents continue to occur in the 21st century.
