Being located in balmy Arizona, this restaurant features both a gorgeous outdoor patio for the pleasant evenings as well as a nice cool dining room for when the weather gets too hot. Diego Pops has tables and chairs of all differed shades and styles which adds to its eclectic atmosphere.go Pops' menu features mostly Mexican cuisine, which makes sense given its proximity to the border. The main draw here are the tacos, where diners are given the chance to order a la carte and mix and match their favorites. The taco recipes include bold flavors like the adobo barbecue chicken, braised green chile chicken, charred skirt steak, braised pineapple pork, grilled shrimp, crispy cod, plantain and grilled salmon with Fresno chili, corn salsa, onion, queso oaxaca and salsa verde.

This place just isn't my cup of tea. To much neon and techno pop for me. The service was great, the menu very varied and diverse but I'm more of a quiet traditional Mexican restaurant kind of guy. I'm not knocking them. I'm from out of town and went there on a recommendation and didn't know what I was getting myself into.

There is no reason why a very well respected model and a highly important soul to this community was disrespected and treated less than for the color of her skin along with her family. There’s an old book called “The New Gold Standard” and it teaches the excellence of good customer service, I advice your “team” to scroll through and take notes. A tip is deserved ! It takes 2.1secs to search the word “Tip” . Clearly you do not do your job well since you did not deserve it. Lastly , it is a pandemic, there is no reason why hygiene shouldn’t be top tier in your place of business and it should be taken seriously. Whether it’s a bug , piece of hair etc. just imagine what’s on the food that we can’t actually see. Fix it. Sorry NOT SORRY

This is a very busy place, which means you might have to wait and it is worth every minute spent waiting. Service is very fast and the server was very friendly as well. We had a bunch of stuff as you can see from the pictures.

One of the best taco shops! They have a nice variety of flavors of tacos at an affordable price. You need to try the Brussel Sprout taco and nachos!’ They also have excellent margaritas at affordable prices. The atmosphere is very modern and chic inside. There is ample outside seating as well with TVs at the bar. We weren’t too hot either as the patio is covered and there’s AC units and heat units.

Absolutely love Diego Pops! I'm obsessed with the brussel sprout nachos. Their happy hour is amazing, which includes half priced apps and is available every day. Nice vibe right in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. I always take visitors here!
