I took my daughter for an eye exam late last autumn after a neighbour recommended the clinic. I was so impressed with the service we received that I took my younger son too, just to double check that his eyes were okay. We went back in this week (called first) as my reading glasses and my daughter's glasses both needed repair. Staff are always professional but friendly, great with my kids, and excellent at what they do. It's such a lovely experience! I am due for an eye exam at the end of the year and I will come here instead of returning to the dreaded chain clinic.

Just called in to ask about repairs for a pair of reading glasses that had been stepped on, they couldn't have been more helpful and repaired them whilst I waited even though the glasses were not purchased from there and they weren't officially open. Fantastic service ,thank you, will definitely return for future eye care needs
Excellent customer service. Kind and patient with our daughter whilst she chose new glasses and did a good job patching up her old ones so she has something to wear until her new ones arrive.
