I will never step foot in the Bellingham store again, they got rid of all hunting and fishing equipment. In my opinion this store is a waist of space, and sould not call themselves sporting goods. I used to shop in here alot because of the options and prices.
Easy access from inside or outside of mall. Lots of selection and they have most name brands in athletic clothing. Kids section is a bit small. Quick check out.
My mind was just blown today. I had made an order for curbside pickup and the computer system failed to process it, leaving me in a pickle. I had just been in a terrible accident and needed protective gear to feel safe on a bike, again, but the system error prevented me from taking the items. I didn’t have enough cash in my account to cover paying for the items a second time with a hold on my funds from the online purchase and I couldn’t get through on the customer service line despite multiple attempts. Today was supposed to be my first day back to work after the accident and I was already late because of these delays. The managerial staff stepped in and after trying everything they could to fix the issue, offered to pay for my items so I could get back to work safely. I was stunned. I accepted the help with my deepest gratitude, donned my pads, and pedaled to work. I am never shopping at another sporting good store. DSG for life. I called everyone and told them of the amazing customer service from this store. I believe my hero was Matt, a young gentleman with a fabulous beard. There were two other ladies there as well, but i do not recall their names:( Thank you, again!!! I hope this review, while Unasked for, will help you in some small way:)
