From the very first call (I'm sorry I can't remember his name but he was so helpful) to the many visits we had from Phoenix, I was consistently impressed with the professional and friendly service. Phoenix was an absolute pro at making sure our pesky rats were finally removed. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and I would be very happy to recommend this company to others. Thank you!

I really don’t know who is smarter; pest control service, the customers of that service or mice! It is another difficult to catch such mice....wow

Glen (owner) and Derek (guy who came round) lied to me. I’m single female, during the lockdown. They told me I had rat droppings under my appliances, told me I had rats. But they will not put that in the report. Because actually I don’t have rats. They lied to me. They did see mouse droppings but not rat. I moved out of my home due to rats. But apparently now Derek says he never saw rat droppings. I’m astounded they did this too me. All this company do is put poison in places you could do it yourself. They charge 370 which is higher then Enviorn. It’s a rip off. They are not honest. I’m asking Camden council to investigate their company practice. Over priced, dishonest. Basic poison service.

I found Diamond Pest Control to be a highly professional and polite organization when dealing with our infestation of ants.First of all the blog on their site helped me diagnose the cause of the problem. My initial conversation confirmed my suspicions about the problem. When James the technician arrived as scheduled he carried out the treatment in a fast and professional manner and made a repeat visit within a week for a second treatment. He assure us that the problem would disappear but said that I should call him if the problem reoccurred. I would like to thank Diamond Pest Control and will call them again if needed.

Dealt with Louis in NW London. Timely, polite, professional and most importantly seemed knowledgeable about our issue in the loft and sorted it out without fuss. So far so good! Would highly recommend to anyone!
