I have been involved with Diamond Logistics for many years and highly recommend their services. Diamond go above and beyond (the extra mile!) and are deserving of their brand name! An excellent business that is head and shoulders above other logistics companies. With Kate Lester at the helm how could they not be? Kate's business attitude and approach to her customers and her hard working team across the UK is an inspiration! Thank you Diamond Logistics!

Really horrible company to deal with. They have the worst possible staff you could ever imagine and worst possible staff who really don’t care about customers once money taken. I had the misfortune of being one of their unfortunate customers for just over 2 months and it’s regrettable to say the least. They claim to be an above cut courier company but use cheap carriers in the market and charge over the top prices to lose parcels and then forget about them. Systems are dated and no tracking and no communication. Why become a customer for them to collect your parcels to be given to other carriers in the market when you could use those carriers directly for a cheaper price. Don’t mind paying a bit extra if service was good but this is going around circles and end up losing money, parcels, reputation, customers and our precious time. Quite the opposite of what they claim to be I.e help customers grow which is BS. I have lost three parcels so far and the last parcel is still to be recovered or money back since Jan this year. What a comedy of errors by a shambles of a company to be called Diamond. Stay away or lose your money and customers.
Very disappointing, not taking ownership of the problems of less than satisfactory drivers. It has pushed me to the limit writing this as its blame the customer all the time its not good enough. We are a business client experiancing a less than satisfactory service when things dont go to plan we are left to believe it can only be our fault for booking the delivery in the first place! Collections from us and face to face they are lovely people but we dont appreciate being fobbed off and charged for the delays inconvenience and lost parcels, still waiting to hear back having requested compensation and complaints procedure twice now in writing. You are only as good as your weakest person and thats very weak.
I use Diamond for all of my courier needs - running a small business myself it's important for me to be dealing with people that I like and can trust, and that definitely applies to Kate and her team. A quality service and excellent prices - I've also used their Warehouse service and can thoroughly recommend it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Diamond Logistics to my friends or clients.
We have been working with the team at Diamond for several years now, and cannot fault them. They are always helpful and quick to respond to our requirements. If problems do arise, they try their best to get the issues resolved. They are very professional and we would recommend them.
I've used diamond logistics for over 4 years. They are SO reliable, so professional, friendly, responsive the list goes on!! We cannot fault them! In fact we've never had any problems at all! Thank you for making logistics easy for us!!!
Drivers very pleasant, however Diamond stopped collecting in our area with 2 days notice via email. Organising a collection was not easy and often resulted in items not being collected on time or at all. Based on the very short notice of stopping collection, I would not recommend as it shows very little for customer loyalty and support.
I absolutely trust Diamond Logistics with my \can't-fail\ deliveries; I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've been using Diamond for at least 15 years and they've never let me down.
