Polite and helpful staff. (I was attended by Steve) Been looking for a very specific fatbike in every shop around Edinburgh, where I live. No luck. Decided to phone Diamond cycle centre and bam!! Not only they never tried to change my mind into buying something they had in stock (which sadly, seems to be the trend..) but they even got in touch with a previous customer to give me the chance to see the bike in person. Definitely buying from them. Great service, very patient and helpful with all my questions and queries. 100% recommend!
