I was met with unprofessional attitude when i walked in with a face shield instead of the mask. I have medical reasons that I cannot wear a regular mask. I was wear a transparent sanitary mask. Then she got hostile when I told her I had already paid at my DR office for the images I needed. They refused to allow me to get the images needed with my face shield instead brought me something similiar to a welders mask but clear. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR IMAGING DUE TO THE HOSTILE ATTITUDES AND UNPROFESSIONALISM I WAS SHOWN AT THIS LOCATION. I went to Element Imaging wearing the SAME shield and was greeted warmly and even asked by their staff where I bought the shield at.

I moved from a different state to MO in May. I have had annual mammograms for many years now, but this was the first time I've received \instant \ reading results. The staff, technicians and radiologists are professional, pleasant and caring. I will need to follow up in 6 months, but will definitely be returning to this office!
