Update: Saturday 5th Dec: Still no sign of my delivery and I can no longer find its location when tracking the waybill number. I have finally made contact with a customer service representative and have been told it’s coming on Monday 7th Dec (it will be day 5 of waiting at home for it to arrive for a job that was scheduled for Friday 4th) Paid an exorbitant amount of money for a 3 day door to door service... no Avenue for making a complaint... no option for reimbursement or discount. Horrendous service. It took two days to get from China to the UK and 5 days to get from Barking (Docklands) to Hackney!? Thursday 3rd Dec: Trying to call number does not work? Paid 100’s of ’s to have a small package delivered today, for a job tomorrow, only for the driver to drive past the property without attempting a delivery. No phone call from the driver, just a text message saying delivery was attempted but nobody was home. Which is a blatant lie. Shocking service, there should be an option for zero stars.

Delivery is now 3 days late and as I will be away next week, it means I will need to collect it myself. I even called DHL yesterday, and they assured me it would be delivered within 4 hours. This clearly wasnt the case. The online tracker was changed retrospectively saying recipient refused delivery which is a lie and shows a clear lack of integrity by some members of staff.
