A traditional fish and chip shop.. Service could be better if staff listened! I asked the server to stop piling on chips but she took no notice! As a result she had to remove half of them.

We have just spent the best part of 2 days vomiting with horrendous stomach cramps and diarrhoea after eating chicken & chips from here. Doctor said it was almost certainly food poisoning ...it began a couple of hours after eating. We hadn’t eaten anything else all day, only toast for breakfast, so there is no question as to where we revived contaminated food. We read the reviews before we used it and although there was some very negative reviews warning people, there seemed to be lots of positive reviews. I can only assume the business owner has had friends and family posting false positive reviews to boost the rating and cancel out the real reviews! Absolutely dreadful experience.
