A land mark place for the memory of the intellectual figures who laid their lives for the cause of the motherland in 1971 war of the liberation of Bangladesh. It’s adjacent to a graveyard. A busy public place, people usually visit this place with their kids and for afternoon walks. But it’s a historic holy place, solemnity of this place should be preserved while visiting. Please put your shoes off while visiting the Smrtisoudha. Don’t put garbage here and there. It’s our duty to keep the place neat and clean.
