Cozy and classic place for indian food. Good taste.
Great food, beautiful interior, especially the glassed in kitchen where you can watch the food being made. Staff was really friendly and efficient. We will definitely come back!
“Vi står sammen” menu is really disappointing. So little food for 2 people. You should have mentioned from the begging that 149kr is per person. 298kr for this amount of food was not worth.
Newly opened Indian restaurant. Went there with my family and we shared 8-courses together. Food was great and the owner was lovely and charismatic. Left a star out in my rating only due to them having some startup difficulties since they opened up literally a week ago (even had to add them to Google maps myself to leave this review). Definitely worth a visit and will be coming back for more!
After some publicity of this being the flagship restaurant I had great expectations, particularly as I love Indian food. Although my wife and I only had some take-away, I was really disappointed. It didn't help that to start with they had forgotten the rice, an Indian dish without rice is like eating a flæskesteg sandwich without the boller. Anyway, we ordered some naan bread to go with it. This was like someone had thrown it out onto Strandvej and run over it and a piece had stuck to the tyres! It was the flattest most boring naan that I have ever eaten and I have eaten hundreds of naan breads all over the world. Next came my butter chicken, the chicken was nice and succulent but there it ended, The red sauce was somewhat tasteless and not the delicious butterry sauce that it can be. My wife's Biriani was about as exciting as standing in the check out queue at Netto. It was just very plain and uninteresting. When my wife, who isn't that experienced with Indian food, tells me that the Biriani that she had from a local competitor was far better, then I know something is wrong. As this is the flagship, with prices to match, I was so disappointed that I wrote to the owner personally before wanting to post a review. At least i wanted to give them the chance of a possible explanation etc. Alas, they were far too busy to reply to humble mortals like customers.
mens vi ventede på at bestille fik kokkene gæster, som kom ind fra gaden, de gav hånd, og de gik ufortrødent videre uden at vaske hænder.... vi gik..... ulækkert.
Bestilte take away, hvor jeg ikke fik det jeg ville have. Fik så besked om at der ikke så meget at gøre, hvilke blev jeg sur over. Også blev jeg bedt om jeg ville have penge retur. Da jeg sagde nej blev jeg tilbudt om at komme selv at hente det ved at få dobbelt portion af det jeg manglede og en drik med.
