Great service especially at this time of year with all restrictions going on. Loved from DFDS provision of food wouchers as complimentary gift due to limited services. Staff really friendly and helpful, only maybe sometimes little bit loud whilst others were trying to get some sleep after long journeys. However can't fail them today.

Absolutely fantastic. Welcoming staff, clean ship and really well priced. Premium Lounge is definately well worth upgrading to.

Rubbish customer services provided by two ignorant and stupid ladies at check in. We came for check in at 20:15 today. Such an horrible customer services. I have already paid 105 for the crossing. All they were looking to rip off the customers with more and more money. The ticket was purchased through third party and they are using to make an excuse to not to make the refund. We are told that as we have purchased ticket through 3rd company, we are not DFDS customers. The companies with such employees at customer services can’t sustain for long. The DFDS Management should put better people on the front desk rather than such stupid people. It’s better to go the competitors for better services.
