My recent move was the fifth one in my London life, and I had the best experience with Elizabeth at Dexters Marylebone when moving in my current flat recently. Soon after I contacted Dexters, Elizabeth called me, checking all my preferences. On the following day, she showed me 4 wonderful flats in the area with very good variations, and thus she helped me to make a very good decision within a very short time. Elizabeth was very clear about everything, explaining all the meaning of each contract type, which was extremely helpful. Everything was smooth and quick thereafter too - I got a confirmation of the landlord's agreement by the evening on the same day. I am very much happily living in the current flat. I was extremely lucky that I was helped by Elizabeth. Thank you, Elizabeth!

My experience with Cory and Luke (Dexters Marylebone) was exceptional. I had already been on roughly 35 viewings with a few other estate agents over the course of 1.5 weeks... being shown a lot of nonsense and general atrocities via bait and switch (I would inquire about a property and they would show me other properties instead). I was tired and about to give up on the process when Cory called. He had such a positive tone in his voice and he was certain there were 3 particular flats which would suit me. I don't know how he did it... but he somehow managed to convince me to go on a viewing the very next morning. To my surprise - all 3 flats were suitable, beautiful, and within my budget... but one flat in particular was exactly perfect. I put in an offer immediately and I appreciate the professionalism, support, and general positivity from both Cory and Luke throughout the process. Cory has followed-up even after my move-in date to make sure everything had gone well. I now feel like I have the perfect home (for me) and I owe it to Cory and Luke. 100% recommend. Thank you!

Our experience with Luke at the Marylebone office was outstanding and pretty different from everything we had encountered in the previous weeks while trying to find a flat in London: he was completely accommodating and empathic towards our needs and wants, he was really agile and proactive in finding new options and delivering information to us. So much so, that in just the span of three days we found an amazing option for which we are really excited about. While working with him, we really felt as he was taking our best interest at heart, and that is what for me makes customer service great, or magnificent. After the first few viewings, I had total confidence that Luke was going to be the one that was going to finally help us find a flat in the city, and we ended up relaying only on him to do so, and so he did (he even mentioned his intention and determination to help us find one a couple of times). I’m really happy with my experience with Dexter’s, but mostly with Luke’s exceptional customer service. Next time I’m looking for a flat in London, I’ll for sure give him a call. Thanks!
