DEWAXIFY IS NOW ONLY OPEN FROM 4PM TO 6PM I said to the person at dewaxify that I could not travel in London rush hour and I would hold off until the next day to book a earlier appointment, I phoned to make a earlier appointment this morning only to be told that they only do appointments between 4PM and 6PM so I waited a day with a blocked ear, which has never been the same since my previous appointment but the person at Dewaxify actually telephoned me twice to try and book me in for a appointment without telling me the new opening hours knowing full well I couldn't travel during those times, Thoroughly dishonest, I know business may be slow but to knowingly delay someone's treatment just so that Dewaxify gets the business is not putting the patient first. I am still waiting for the the person to phone me back with the contact details for their head office - the person didn't know the telephone number and still has phones back with it, Dewaxify we put our profits before patients, use them at your peril, Apalling sevice and dishonest NO STARS

I can’t say enough how lovely and helpful audiologist, was at the Dewaxify Chigwell clinic, the audiologist explained everything about the procedure. It’s a totally safe and painless process. After the procedure I feel like a Duncan, I now can hear much much better

Had earwax removed and this gave me good relief. I received advice, friendly and professional service with a smile and just a really nice environment. also very flexible to fit me in last min! i will be going back for check ups!
