What a beautiful place. If I'd had any time at all, I would have loved to of stayed and soaked the place in. Perfectly laid out and very welcoming. A treasure of Penrith.

Bought some really nice shirts and a tie here. The place has some good shops but I didn't buy anything else here so can't comment further.
Wonderful old-time feel to the arcade. Plenty of good shops and cafes. Centre of Penrith.
Lovely place to do shopping, you can buy alsorts here (food, gifts, cards), there is a couple of cafe options too. It's out of the rain! The library is just upstairs. There is a freegle trolley which can have some amazing finds on it!
