If you want to buy a house built with cheap materials and poor quality labour then pick Thomsen built. All the owner cares is about selling mediocre and overpriced houses. The second winter in a Thomsen built home and main entrance doors have gaps of 1 inch. Cold air gets inside, ice forming at the bottom of the door, inside the house, window frames that are coming off the wall. The owner’s answer is “these things happen in cold climates, the house shrinks, fix it yourself or hire a handyman.” A business with very low standards that cares about profit only.
