We spent 80 on our our initial order and they forgot the 12 piece chicken, we wnt back to get the chicken that was missed, once home with the order we discovered that the two big crunches were missing the bottom bun and they only gave us 9 pieces of chicken and two wings because they didn't have enough chicken. We went back the third time and they said "oh, are you missing the bun?" they knew they missed the bun before we told them! They gave us a refund for the two big crunches. At the end of the day what quality control does KFC have? Far from satisfactory!

Drive through...the plastic cover over the menu is so beat up and yellow you can't read the menu. You can't understand what the drive through person says at all. I asked for 25 pieces of chicken and they had no clue how to do that...a bucket has 20. After much discussion I couldn't understand, they said they didn't have that much chicken. I asked how many pieces they did have. They had 4. At 6:15 PM. And none was being cooked! Unbelievably poor planning, poor service...and this pretty much happens every time I come. But it's the only one in Devon. Oh, the humanity! Update: I was told months ago that all my concerns had been addressed and they offered me some free chicken (that I didn't ever pick up). I went through again today and guess what...Low on chicken, dark meat only, no fries at 5:45 PM. And I cannot read the drive thru sign at all because they didn't do a thing to fix it! All fixed, huh? Guess that's it for chicken in this town...

Wish I could leave a zero. Seriously! 30 minute waiting time for a popcorn chicken and a 3 piece meal, at 6:00 on a Saturday night? Staff is clueless and you can barely understand them; we had to repeat the order 5 times. Felt sorry for the other 4 vehicles behind us in the drive through, they all got parked to wait too. Maybe have chicken ready at prime dinner time??? Just a thought. Edit: and they got the order wrong. You guys had one job......

It didn't taste like KFC. I think the cook forgot the 11 herbs and spices.
