Had a booking I made through Facebook. This was to and from Butlins minehead for a weekend away.... They asked for a 50 deposit. I paid this plus 150 pre payment. No terms or conditions were set out when I booked nor was I made aware of any. Due to Corona Virus Butlins was closed. I sent a message (through the same channel I had used to make the booking) to say we no longer needed the service and where I understood I would lose the 50 deposit could he please transfer back my 150. A blank No was the answer. He preceded to tell me I had agreed to his terms in the terms and conditions I had sent to me. Nope - you never mentioned any terms when I booked. What has annoyed me the most is that he has now removed his Facebook page ‘Partybus Limosine Hire Devon & Cornwall’ and blocked my social profile from all his accounts/pages so I am unable to leave a review. He must know he’s in the wrong or he wouldn’t of done this. Very rude when spoke to on the phone. Verbally abusive when my partner called to ask about it the refund. Maybe I had a lucky escape by not having to spend 2 hours with him in the bus! Moral of the story is - if you’re going to run a business based on terms and conditions make sure the paying customer is actually aware of them before they make a booking! Oh, and it’s awfully strange that your only other review is written by someone with the same surname as the company owner - don’t you think?!

Excellent company - would highly recommend. Great communication, vehicles and drivers. Tried various other airport transfer companies in the past who are slightly cheaper but you get what you pay for so if you want a stress free start and end to the holiday, then this is the company I would go for.
