My wife had ordered a dinner on New Years eve for her brother's family as a surprise. Unfortunately, they didn't get it. Contacted the location the next day to inform them what had happened. Virginia, was quick to issue a credit for the order and then offered the dinner FREE of charge. Thanks again Virginia for your outstanding customer service and a great start to 2021

Don't get me wrong the food is good!!!! And the drinks rock! But I am not a fan of the current menu. Very out dated and very little to choose from. Yes these are different times but if I recall the menu change happened over a year ago idk. Reeeaalllyyyy miss my garlic parma spaghetti..... Just saying lol.
Food was excellent. Fresh salad and perfect steak. Had Kylie for our waitress, awesome service.
My family and I were in Devon for a family getaway, and went to Boston Pizza for supper. We were sat immediately, and the server took our drink order. We waited a bit long for the food, not a huge deal. When my wifes order came out, the cactus cut fries were very greasy and without taste. We mentioned to the server who brought our concern to the manager - and came back saying 'That's how they come out, they take them out of the oil and on to the plate'. The menu says spicy cactus cut. These were without taste - not to mention a Boston Brute with Cactus Cut is basically the only thing my wife orders, so she could be used as a fairly good barometer for their taste being off. I felt bad for the server, as whichever BOH manager was working completely threw her under the bus. Shame, this is the second consecutive time we've had sub par experience at Boston Pizza - both at the North End in Grande Prairie and now here in Devon. I shouldn't expect it will be much more before we give up entirely.
