Shockingly poor. Gave script in at 11am, they said it would be 25 minutes so came back an hour later and informed not in until 17:00. I came back at 17:00 and surprise it wasn't ready and had to wait a further 30 minutes. It was antibiotics too so not even routine medications.

This is a most efficient and helpful pharmacy..went above and beyond to make sure my partner had his meds after a delay with his script (surgery sent it late)..the staff are all approachable and friendly..yes there can be a long queue around teatime but we have just learnt to pick our time,they are open longer hours than most high street pharmacies and Sundays too. Overall the whole team give an excellent service and we are happy to have our monthly scripts now sent directly to them..
One of the slowest I have ever been to I had 2 items to collect every week and each week only one would be done then a 20 minute wait for the other item staff don't care about customers too much have now moved to a much better pharmacy in town
