Deveron Veterinary Surgeons - Turriff

I wouldn't recommend this vets to anyone. We have took our dog and rabbits here a few times over the years and have never been happy with how they were treated. One vet will tell you one thing and then the other will tell you something completely different so who knows what to believe. You also can never seem to get the same vet twice, it's always someone new. They make you feel like you aren't taking care of your pets with the way they talk to you. They can also never get back to you when you order a prescription and are always having to chase them up looking for answers when they said they would get back to you. A few years ago, our dog's eye was really bloodshot and watery, we took her here to see what was wrong and we got some medication. Two days later, it got so bad that her eye had to be removed and then about 6 months later, the other eye had to be removed too due to her being blind in this eye. This is something they had never noticed before even though this eye was rather protruding from the face and always looking to the side. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone as they are totally incompetent and that's why we left and won't be going back.

I took by dog Lucy who was 16 years old to PTS and the staff and Vet Emma were so very kind to her and she very peacefully went to sleep bless her. I would highly recommend the vets for their care and attention and would not hesitate to go back if the need arose in the future
