Nothing but great things to say about this place. I was skeptical at first but could not afford regular dentist prices so, chose to give it a shot. The check in was seamless and very fast. I had a root canal done with Dr. Lindsey and he was so wonderful. He’s funny and has your best interest in mind at all times. I was nervous and he did his best to keep me calm. He constantly asked if I was okay and was very very thorough and patient with my root canal. It was less than half the price of what I was quoted at my regular dentist. Thank you UDM for having this option available for people who cannot afford high dental prices! I was treated with way more compassion and care here than any regular dentist. Bravo!

The customer service was great. I was greeted properly when I came in and was directed to take covid screening. All staff was nice and friendly. The provider explained all services carefully and did not rush my appointment. My appointment started on time. The whole experience good from start to finish.

Had to have 2 upper left molars surgically extracted today. One was extremely hard to remove...took 2 students and a doctor an hour to dig it out. The kindness, concern, and compassion they showed was wonderful. Everyone involved in my care was amazing! I will definitely go back for all my dental care. It was an all-day event since I was a 1st time patient with an emergency and no appointment, but it was well worth it.

I had a hack job done on my tooth extraction yesterday. It literally took over two hours, 3 students, and 2 doctors to exam and extract my tooth. The main student doing my exam didn’t seem like he had much experience because he couldn’t even do the freeze test right putting the cotton ball on the wrong tooth. I was discriminated against because I was not paying out of pocket. I was already told prior to any work that my services were covered by my insurance but after the hack job the student escorted me to the cashiers office just to make sure I paid for my services and the cashier told him that I was all covered. He seemed embarrassed by this as he should’ve. The worst part is that they used every tool on the table including, knives, picks, saws, and multiple tooth extraction pilers. I felt tearing at all parts of my mouth that had nothing to do with the area. I would fletch in pain and they still kept going dropping the tool in my mouth or pinching an area that was again nothing to do with the tooth extraction or original pain I came there for. I have cuts and sores on my upper gums and cheeks and excruciating pain that I’m still experiencing now. I don’t feel like I was treated with care and compassion because I tried to stop the procedure several times and they would not stop. I literally have cuts sores and pain outside of the extraction site even on the roof of my mouth. There was a debate between the main student and doctor as to whether or not the whole tooth was taken out and they told me they couldn’t get the last root out and “filed” it down. Then I took another X-ray and it appeared to be gone but I can clearly still feel a sharp piece sticking out. I feel traumatized by this experience and I would still have to get oral surgery after my gums heal if there is still a piece of tooth still left behind. I don’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
