Absolutely would not recommend. They do not take the time to get to know your needs. My initial appointment was a total of 8 minutes on the phone with a NP. Each subsequent appointment was shorter and shorter. One appointment lasted a total of 1 minute. And then they promptly collect my 70 copay for my one minute on the phone with them. The NP never asks how I’m doing or anything...never any of the questions a psychiatrist/NP is supposed to ask...just “do you like the new med we started last month?” And that’s literally the extent of our conversation. She does not explain anything about the meds or how they work or what I should/shouldn’t do or take with certain meds. Everything I know about my medications, I learned from the internet. And when it comes to getting my medications filled, i have never not had a problem with at least one prescription being sent to the pharmacy. They always forget one or more, or send the wrong prescription. They don’t answer the phone when you try to call. The appointments are *never* on time. I am extremely dissatisfied.

They r very nice get to ur needs and u r in and out well until the pandemic but phone calls r in the same profession as they are face to face
Rajinder Shiwach MD, Desoto, tx reviews all 1 star, due to won't let us review lower. 2nd appt in a row dr office messed up, this time we were told to come for 8am appt, then very rude receptionist says oh they'll be here in a out 20min u can go wait in your car! DO NOT USE THIS LAME DR!!! Very unprofessional and does not show any care for patient!! Last appt we drove 50miles for a 4pm appt setup by this Dr, only to be told upon arrival that there are no afternoon appts! Wow! This place is THE WORST!! They DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU, ONLY YOUR MONEY!! June Szakacs was TOTALLY DISREPECTED here!
After reading the reviews I'm not sure I care to take my friends advice and come here. I would say report the issues to the Better Business Bureau. Then report him to the Medical Board. Dont complain unless you want to do something about it.
The girls at the front desk don’t know how to keep things professional much less understand the fact that there’s all types of personalities walk in thru the door. They make mistakes and don’t care to make their patients their main priority. The supervisor can careless to address any issues brought up to their attention. I’ve started to have issues with them almost every time I show up for my appointment it’s starting to become a reason I don’t come to this clinic anymore. This is the most unprofessional place I’ve had to deal with
