Qiana Rushing was amazing to talk with in helping me with getting a family member the help they needed. She was very calming, reassuring, and compassionate throughout the entire process. I had so many questions and she answered every one of them and I never seen her get frustrated or irritated. I can tell she is very passionate about the work that she does with the families that she works with. I must admit that I was skeptical of Dallas Behavioral at first because of previous hearsay, but I will definitely highly recommend this hospital and especially Qiana because of her knowledge and willing effort (she also has a great smile). The experience with Mrs Rushing was by far one of the best I have ever encountered.
