I had the most phenomenal experience with Gailene from Designs by Gailene. My "only child" fur-baby was upset when my human-baby was born so he decided to tear a large hole in my treasured throw. Thankfully, Gailene was able to repair my wool-blend throw and provided the material needed to patch the hole. She also repaired my beloved pajamas that I wore when I went into labour. Gailene didn't question my seemingly bizarre attachment to said items and handled my treasured items with care. She is very knowledgeable, attentive, friendly, and compassionate. Gailene is now my new go-to seamstress. I highly recommend her to all.
