I can't fault the flowers. Very pretty. However, was very disheartened by the moody attitude of the lady with the long hair who served me today. Made me feel very unwelcome. Better customer service needed.
Best flowers by far, I come here from Middleton for my flowers for the wife
I received a bouquet of flowers as a surprise from my neighbour on Sunday. The flowers are absolutely stunning. There is not a petal or leaf out of place, as when you go to some florists can see that the flowers are not fresh. I was extremely impressed with the way they where tied and had a little plastic pot that held the flowers together and stopped them falling over. I was also impressed with the care instructions and the 2 step flower food that was included. Thank you for brightening my day and making me smile. Xx
First of all I would like to say a big thank you to Lynette and all the team. I would also like to apologize for the late review. We ordered some flowers at the beginning of August for my mum's birthday, There was a couple of issues at the time to which I emailed my concerns over. I not long after got a reply from Lynette who was so understanding and professional about the whole situation. I was so pleased by the outcome I really felt that they could not have done anymore for us the customer service is absolutely fantastic, They really went above and beyond there call of duty and all of the time keeping me updated with dates and times. I can not express how overwhelmed I am with the care and understanding we received from Lynette I really cannot thank you enough!! I have attached some photos as I feel they should be shared so everyone can see how beautiful they are and also the quality and presentation of the flowers.
