Very tasty food, a balanced journey of aromas. Staff and place created the perfect ambiance to have a great time, clean transparent warm also calm and positive you could tell that they wanted to be there and offer you the best experience. It seemed that they thought about all our senses, great lighting, good spacing, a slight scent of in house baked bread and expensive perfumes. It was my first time here but for sure not the last, I can't wait to see the patio in the summer and have a similar experience.

Food is very good overall. Local and environmentally friendly ingredients. Natural wines - can get used to that. But mr delpech believed the blablabla of their Colombian coffee producer. Total failure not to end a meal with an espresso but with a weak americano. How can one come for a cup of coffee and cake on the afternoon when the only choice is a weak americano!!??
Cuisine is creative but what about tasty? There's too much attention to surprising with flavor but no attention to texture which could liven up the dishes. The positive point, the wine pairings were perfection. They gave the only real discovery to the meal.

Excellent overall with great attentive staff high end Michelin star cuisine let your taste buds have a real treat - toilets are down stairs apart from that everything is on one level
