I came here for a severe burn in 2017 and I wanted a female to treat me so they provided a female to treat me just like me and my carers requested. The staff were all award winning and they found suitable antibiotics for the burn. I was given Cetraben ointment for my burn and it healed very well despite the size

Awful awful awful. I have been waiting to be seen by a nurse for almost 2 hours. It's not busy at all my self and another lady. Why they call it A&E if they let you wait in agony and suffer.
A long wait even longer than before when it was bizzy
Even when you are sectioned you supped to have the right to appeal. I haven’t been sectioned and I made this clear nurses can’t prescribe and I knew this and yet I was taken here intentionally by the local police. That even said they would email notes of this further mistreatment, I doubted this at the time. I went back and asked reception who told me that would not have been allowed. I have never been convicted and this is just a continuation of the police Harassment that they always dish out.
This is a shinning exaple of how flawed the NHS is, grest staff but its run terribly.
